The most important thing to remember is this day is about the two of you. It is so easy to get caught up in the chaos of the day. This day is about the magic that we will create together.  It's so important to make this day custom to exactly what  you and your partner have always envisioned.

1. Let's Get To Know Each Other 

Let's hop on the phone for a free discovery call! I love to chat about your dreams and visions for your big wedding day. I love to make use this time to make sure we are the perfect fit for one another. I'll tell you about my process and things I love to capture on your big day. 

2. Lock It In

WHOOOHOOO! Let's make it Official! Once decided I send over a separate contract and invoice to secure your date!  You can now cheers to booking your wedding photographer!!! Now letss get to scheduling your Engagement photos in!! 

3. Check your email for some Goodies

Who doesn't love freebies especially if it helps with some wedding planning!! I like to send out a questionnaire for my couples to try and get to know you better. I also include a 50 + page wedding guide to look over with all the tips and advice you might need! 

4. Engagement Session 

This is where we finally get to meet and get comfortable in front of the camera.  I love to make these unique and to really tell your story as a couple! This is where that first questionnaire comes in handy! 
P.S. These should be planned and sent out anywhere from 4-6 month before wedding date! 

5. All the Details

Then around 2 months out I will send out the final questionnaire that goes over everything Ill need to know for wedding day. I use this to create a custom timeline that will be sent to you for wedding day. Then I like to meet in person or over phone to finalize everything and make sure to get approval for wedding day. 

6. Wedding Day 

I'll be their early ready to start the day. Just as excited as you are I am sure. I have everything covered, from the tiniest moments to the most important ones. You just worry about being in the moment!!! 

7. 72 hr Sneak Peeks 

Trust me- I am just as eager to see the photos myself after the big day I can tell you new besties! 

I start editing all the magic of your day and share sneak peeks with you within 72 hours!

8. THE BEST MAIL ALERT 

Get cozy, grab your new bride or groom, get some wine because your wedding photos are finally unveiled. 
PS Turnaround is about 6-8 weeks so mark your calendars!

The turnaround time depends on what type of session you have chosen. Typically I will send peeks within 72 hours. Then the rest of the gallery will be sent through a software I use called Pic-Time in about 2-6 weeks. 

No I will never send the format I directly take them in. They will be in the format of a jpeg. 

I like to think of this as more of a prop that you bring along with you. So in other words no it does not count. 

For graduating seniors, does the cap and gown count as the second outfit?
